“IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO START WORKING TOWARDS A BETTER AND HEALTHIER LIFE”
My passion for pursuing personal training stems from leading an active life. I grew up playing sports (martial arts, basketball, volleyball, and badminton) and spending most of my time outdoors (trail running, mud runs, hikes, and climbing). Throughout my time as an undergraduate at UCLA, exercise has helped me stay in shape and has been my outlet for the times I am feeling stressed from midterms and finals. As an athlete, I learned to control different body parts to exert force while maintaining my balance and moving gracefully, giving me an appreciation for the complexity of the human body and the care needed to stay healthy both mentally and physically.
Everyone has his/her own health and fitness goals, whether it is to train for a physical competition or simply to lose weight to take longer walks. These goals, regardless of intensity, are set so we can improve our human experience. It is never too late to start working towards a better and healthier life. My love for outdoor activities motivates me to stay fit, and I cannot see myself missing out on those activities due to my poor health conditions. My goal as a personal trainer is to promote a positive and balanced lifestyle and help you achieve your fitness potentials so you can also enjoy the activities you love. At Elite Spartans, I am here to provide a supportive environment so, together, we can work as a team and help you tackle your goals.
